It is important to start young when it comes to a healthy and active lifestyle. If your child is looking for something to get involved in outside of mainstream team sports, consider enrolling them in one of our dedicated youth programs.

K-Fit for 8-11 years

K-Fit sessions are focused around gaining fitness through fun. Activities include a combination of indoor and outdoor games, coordination activities, strength, flexibility, balance and basic fitness exercises. Some of the benefits include increased physical activity, emotional wellbeing, social skills and greater learning and productivity.

Times:

  • Waves - Mondays at 4pm
  • Don Tatnell - Wednesdays at 4pm.

TNT for 12-14 years

TNT sessions are structured to develop your teen’s strength and fitness according to their growing bodies. Through our program teens will prepare their bodies for the demands of sport, improve confidence and gain knowledge for a healthier future.

Benefits of our TNT program are greater strength, improved skin tone, less stress, and a healthy body image in a safe and social environment.

  • Don Tatnell - Tuesdays at 4pm
  • Waves - Thursdays at 4pm
