Kingston Active offers a Learn to Swim Access and Inclusion Program for a range of age groups.

Adults Learn to Swim

Kingston Active offer an Adults Learn to Swim program for all ability levels. Starting at beginner, and progressing through to an advanced squad swimming level, these lessons are taught in groups of adults of similar level. Adults lessons are run throughout the week with our qualified instructors. View our timetable here

Inclusive Learn to Swim Program

We are currently at capacity for private lessons, and are not taking wait list requests. If you would like to book 1:1 swimming lessons, you can book in for our Holiday Intensive Program, which runs every school holidays

The program aims to provide support to individuals in either one-on-one or one-on-two classes, introducing the basics of swimming, water safety skills and progressing towards stroke development. We aim to integrate children with specific needs into our mainstream classes where possible.
