Join us in celebrating International Yoga Day on Friday 21 June, with the following wellness classes:

  • 11.30am - Slow Flow Yoga
  • 6.00pm - BodyBalance

Members can bring a 'friend for free' to these 2 sessions.

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.  It is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony.
