SPICE UP YOUR WORKOUT WITH MASALA BHANGRA!
Derived from two Indian words: “Masala”, which means spicy in Hindi, and “Bhangra”, which is a traditional folk dance, this fitness program modernizes the high-energy folk dance by blending traditional Bhangra dance steps with the exhilaration of Bollywood moves. Every 60 minute class is a complete cardiovascular workout while overall toning, body conditioning, building endurance, and balance. It’s easy to follow and can be modified to the comfort level of the participant, making it accessible to all fitness levels.
Classes begin next Monday, and will run for 6 weeks at Waves Leisure Centre.
Tickets can be collected at Customer Service or our self-service kiosk. Free for members. Casuals at Group Fitness prices.
