Sunset, Sunrise and Yoga in the Park
These classes are based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

Boxing in the Park
Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This is an all-over cardio and strength training workout that will improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.

This class is designed to build strength, fitness and mental toughness through a variety of intense intervals.
Bootcamp 8:00am on Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd February at Waves Leisure Centre
Mums & Bubs
Specifically designed for post-natal women, this class is designed for all fitness levels to keep mums fit and strong after pregnancy. Medical clearance required.

Kingston Active Members can access all classes for free. Casual participants are welcome to attend at just $10 per session.
