The final week of Term 1 Swimming lessons will focus on Water Safety Activities and Survival Skills. These activities not only aim to equip your child with life skills in relation to being safe in and around water, but also form part of the Swim and Survive Curriculum and skill requirements for the level your child is completing.
Our lessons aim to focus on a strong understanding of survival and safety swimming skills as well as building and developing water confidence and swimming strokes.
Students will be asked to swim without goggles and bring clothes to swim in.

* How to rescue yourself/ someone else
* Hazardous Water Conditions
* Basic CPR skills ( older students )
* Survival swimming strokes
* Water Safety Scenarios
* Water Safety Signs
