MY ACTIVE is for customers who hold a current membership, multi visit pass or are enrolled in swim lessons:

Using MY ACTIVE you can:

  • Renew upfront memberships and top up multi visit passes* 
  • Book Aqua and Deep water Running classes (74hrs in advance)
    • Cancelling a class booking can also be done through the portal
  • Browse Learn to Swim classes and request changes 
  • Change your contact details and update your credit card
  • Pay outstanding fees

* Please note: not all memberships and visit passes are available for purchase online.
