My Active is for customers who hold a current membership, multi visit pass or are enrolled in swim lessons:
Using My Active you can:
- Renew upfront memberships and top up multi visit passes*
- Book Aqua and Deep water Running classes (74hrs in advance)
- Cancelling a class booking can also be done through the portal
- Browse Learn to Swim classes and request changes
- Change your contact details and update your credit card
- Pay outstanding fees
