MY ACTIVE PORTAL
This is our online portal for customers who hold a current membership, multi visit pass or are enrolled in swim lessons:
Using MY ACTIVE you can:
- Renew upfront memberships and top up multi visit passes*
- Book Aquacise, Deep water Running or Offsite classes (74hrs in advance) Group Fitness Timetable
- Cancelling a class booking can also be done through the portal
- Change your contact details and update your credit card
- Pay outstanding fees
* Please note: not all memberships and visit passes are available for purchase online.
