FITNESS PASSPORT

I have a Fitness Passport, can i use your facilities?

Yes, however all users must adhere to our age restrictions for use of our health & fitness facilities:

  • 13 years and under - access to SWIM ONLY*
  • 14-15 years old - can access gym but MUST have a compulsory fitness assessment with a gym instructor prior to starting. No access to spa/sauna/steam room or Body Pump classes.
  • 16 years and over - full access to all facilities

*12-13 year olds can attend Teen Gym sessions, however this is a seperate program NOT covered under Fitness Passport and casual costs will apply

 

How do i access your facility?

Fitness Passport app is required and membership must be validated prior to entry via a QR code.

Present to Customer Service and let staff know what facilities you want to use (swim only or gym/group fitness/spa,sauna,steam). Customer Service staff will get appropriate QR code for FP members to scan and check themselves in. Then allocate them a barcoded ticket for entry.

If you forget your phone, we can manually enter your details through the Fitness Passport portal.

 

How do i book for group fitness classes?

All land based group fitness classes are first in-first served with tickets allocated by Customer Service staff prior to the class.

For Aquacise or Deep Water Running classes, bookings must be done over the phone before you come in (bookings open 74 hours in advance prior to the class day/time). Staff will ask for your name to put the booking under and when you arrive for a water-based class you will be asked to scan QR code for validation prior to obtaining a wristband for the class.
