K-Fit sessions are focused around gaining fitness through fun. Activities include a combination of indoor and outdoor games, coordination activities, strength, flexibility, balance and basic fitness exercises. Some of the benefits include increased physical activity, emotional wellbeing, social skills and greater learning and productivity.

Teen Gym sessions are suited for 12-15yr old teens to help develop strength and fitness according to your individual needs. Through our program teens will prepare their bodies for the demands of sport, improve confidence and gain knowledge for a healthier future.

Times: Monday to Friday 4pm-6pm (entry will not be permitted after 5:30pm)

Great for high school students and athletes looking to achieve peak performance in their chosen sport.
* Teens 14-15 years are restricted and unable to utilise weights in the gym or attend weight-bearing fitness classes. They also have NO access to steam, sauna or spa.
This is for teens aged 16 to 17 years.
