- Term based program (aligns with school terms)
- No sessions run on public holidays
*Due to Watch Around Water rules, children under 10 will need to have a parent/guardian stay in the centre during the program to collect their child from the instructor.

$11.20 per week paid as upfront term fee (pro rata for joining after the start of term)

K-YOGA
(8-14 years old)
K-Yoga classes are guided gentle yoga poses with a qualified Yoga instructor to help improve:
- Flexibility and posture
- Emotional wellbeing
- Relaxation and breathing
- Focus and calmness
Improved physical movement and emotional wellbeing in children leads to greater learning and productivity!

TEEN GYM
(12-15 years old)
Teen Gym casual sessions are a way to safely introduce kids to the gym environment without being locked into a membership.
A qualified gym instructor will evaluate the needs of the participant and develop an appropriate program to follow when attending the Teen Gym sessions. They will ensure you perform exercises with correct technique and will be onsite in the gym for assistance if required. These supervised self-paced sessions help improve:
- Strength and flexibility
- Sport specific performance
- Self confidence and resilience
- Anxiety and sleep
- Brain health and learning
BEFORE ATTENDING:
- Mandatory fitness consultation must be booked prior to attending - no walk ins
- A parent/guardian 16+ years must sign a program registration form agreeing for the teen to use our gym facilities.
Time
Monday to Friday 3.30 - 5.30pm
- Casual sessions run year round
- Attend anytime during the session (no entry after 5pm)
- No sessions on public holidays
- Session times do not alter due to changes in centre operating hours
Cost
$20 Initial fitness consultation (once completed, users will be given a keytag to book sessions)
$11.70 per casual session / 10 visit pass (12-mth expiry) $105.30
*Due to compulsory fitness consultation requirement, no free trials are available. This program is NOT part of Fitness Passport and casual costs will apply.
ACTIVE YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
(14 - 17 years old)
Active Youth Membership* provide access to gym, group fitness and aquatic areas.
Memberships include a free consultation and gym program designed by an experienced qualified trainer who will provide support and guidance. Ideal for high school students and athletes looking to achieve peak performance in their chosen sport.
*T&C's apply for 14-15 years olds:
- Parent/guardian must sign membership registration form
- Fitness consultation is compulsory to design a safe and effective program
- Restrictions on some weights
- No access to BodyPump classes
- No access to spa, sauna or steam room
