K-FIT
(8-11 years old)
K-Fit classes focused around gaining fitness through fun. Activities include a combination of indoor and outdoor games, coordination skills, strength, flexibility, balance and basic fitness exercises.
Some of the benefits include improved physical fitness, emotional wellbeing and greater learning and productivity.
Time
Mondays 4.00pm - 4.45pm
- Term based program
- No sessions on public holidays
Cost
$11.00 per session paid as upfront term fee (pro rata for joining after the start of term)
First session is FREE for all new participants.
TEEN GYM
(12-14 years old)
Teen Gym casual sessions are offered as a way to safely introduce you to the gym environment. You will understake a mandatory fitness consultation with one of our experienced trainers prior to attending these sessions.
Our trainers will assess your situation and develop an appropriate program for you to follow. They will continue to ensure that you perform exercises with correct technique and be available to answer any questions so you feel safe and supported.
Time
Monday to Friday 3.30 - 5.30pm
- Casual sessions run year round
- Attend anytime during the session but no entry after 5pm
- No sessions on public holidays
Cost
$20 Initial fitness consultation
$11.20 per session / 10 visit pass $100.80
ACTIVE YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
(14 - 17 years old)
Active Youth Membership* provide access to gym, group fitness and aquatic areas.
Memberships include a free consultation and gym program designed by an experienced qualified trainer who will provide support and guidance.
Ideal for high school students and athletes looking to achieve peak performance in their chosen sport.
T&C's apply for 14-15 years olds:
- Restrictions on some weights in the gym
- Fitness consultation is compulsory and must be followed when using the gym facilities
- No access to BodyPump classes
- No access to spa, sauna or steam rooms
