K-FIT
(8-11 years old)
K-Fit classes focused around gaining fitness through fun. Instructor led activities include a combination of indoor and outdoor games, coordination skills, strength, flexibility, balance and basic fitness exercises.
Some of the benefits include improved physical fitness, emotional wellbeing and greater learning and productivity.
Time
Mondays 4.00pm - 4.45pm
- Term based program
- No sessions on public holidays
Cost
$11.00 per session paid as upfront term fee (pro rata for joining after the start of term)
First session is FREE for all new participants.
TEEN GYM
(12-15 years old)
Teen Gym casual sessions are a way to safely introduce kids to the gym environment without being locked into a memberhsip.
A mandatory fitness consultation is required, with one of our experienced gym instructors, prior to entering the gym and using the facilities.
The gym instructor will assess your needs and develop an appropriate program for you to follow when you attend in the scheduled Teen Gym times. They will ensure you perform exercises with correct technique and will be onsite in the gym for assistance if required.
Time
Monday to Friday 3.30 - 5.30pm
- Casual sessions run year round
- Attend anytime during the session but no entry after 5pm
- No sessions on public holidays
Cost
$20 Initial fitness consultation (MUST be completed to gain access to casual gym sessions)
$11.50 per session / 10 visit pass (12-mth expiry) $103.50

ACTIVE YOUTH MEMBERSHIP
(14 - 17 years old)
Active Youth Membership* provide access to gym, group fitness and aquatic areas.
Memberships include a free consultation and gym program designed by an experienced qualified trainer who will provide support and guidance. Ideal for high school students and athletes looking to achieve peak performance in their chosen sport.

- Parent/guardian must sign membership registration form
- Fitness consultation is compulsory to design a safe and effective program
- Restrictions on some weights
- No access to BodyPump classes
- No access to spa, sauna or steam room
