Sweat is an exercise program run in conjunction with the MS Society.
It was designed initially for people with Multiple Sclerosis but is suitable for anyone needing a slower and gentler work out.
Participants are able to work at their own pace and carers are welcome.
Tuesday 11am - Aqua session
Friday 11am - Gym session
A Group Fitness class for people of all abilities, using basic exercises set to music that will help improve mobility, cognitive adherence, muscular strength, flexibility, hand eye co-ordination, balance and stability. Fun activities also included!
Throughout the class, instructors and support workers aim to increase and promote social interaction, improve body awareness, minimise feeling of isolation and have fun with the participants.
