Health & Fitness FAQS
How old do I need to be to use the gym?
Youth Memberships start from 14 years old (14-15 year olds must follow tailored gym program and some weight restrictions apply).
We also run supervised teen gym sessions on weekday afternoons for 12-14 year olds, participants must have a compulsory consultation before attending and follow their set program. We also offer term-based youth fitness programs that cater for 8-11 year olds.
I have never attended a gym before, how will I know how to use the equipment and achieve the results that I want?
As a new member you will be inducted into our gym by a fully qualified fitness professional. They will review your fitness aims and goals and create an exercise program accordingly. In addition, they will ensure you are confident to use our free weights and exercise equipment. This induction is a part of your membership and you are able to review your program with a trainer every 8 to 12 weeks. This ensures you are constantly being challenged and gaining results.
