GROUP CLASSES T&C’s
- Active Seniors classes are for participants 60+ years and over (seniors card required)
- It is recommended that all participants seek advice from a doctor or medical professional prior to commencing an exercise program.
- The minimum age to participate in group fitness classes is 14 years. Excluding BodyPump which is 16+ years.
- PRE-BOOKING is required for all Aquacise, Deep Water Running and offsite classes – bookings can be made via phone or through online My Active account. Bookings open 74 hours in advance of class time.
- All other classes require a ticket from customer service or the self-serve kiosk on the day.
- For the safety of all patrons, no entry to all group fitness classes (including Active45) after advertised class time. If you enter the group fitness class after the warmup has been completed, you may be asked to leave by the instructor for safety reasons.
