About the Creche

Waves Creche is an occasional childcare facility which caters for children 8 weeks to 8 years of age. It is run by qualified and professional childcare workers with extensive experience looking after children.

You don't need to be a member of Waves to access the creche, however if you do have Health and Fitness or Learn to Swim Membership, our member rates apply. 

Whether you’re working out at our gym or fitness class, swimming laps in the pool, shopping locally or running errands, our Creche is a convenient and affordable option for occasional child care. Waves Leisure Centre is conveniently located near Westfield Southland.

Waves Creche is registered by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development as an occasional childcare facility.

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm 

Pricing

Sessions run 8.30-9.30, 9.30-10.30, 10.30-11.30 and 11.30-12.30

Booking Information

Bookings are made over the phone or in person. Children can be booked in for up to 4 hours per day, and a maximum of 15 hours per week.

Health & Fitness and Swim School members can book up to 7 days in advance and casual users can book up to 2 days in advance.

Children must be registered in advance for the Waves Creche, all new users must complete an enrolment form.
