Facebook Workouts

Can't make it into Waves for your favourite class?
Follow along at home with our Facebook Live workouts!
There are over 300 classes to choose from including LesMills BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyBalance, Active Zone, Strength, HIIT, Spin, Strength & Stretch, Pilates, Barre & Yoga.
 
All workouts are 30-45 minutes. In some instances dumbbells, a Mat, Pilates ball or resistance bands, and a stable chair is required. For classes such as BodyPump a barbell set, bench or hand weights is required. For Spin a stationary Bike is required. All other classes can be completed with minimal equipment.

HIIT Workouts

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves alternating bursts of intense anaerobic exercise mixed with low intensity recovery periods. Perfect for fat-burning!
