Casual, supervised gym sessions in a safe and comfortable environment.
Workout at your own pace following your personalised gym program which is designed and reviewed by our experienced trainers. Perfect for independent gym users or those who like to workout with a partner. A compulsory fitness consultation is required prior to starting the sessions.
Our trainers will be available to answer any questions you may have and to help modify your program if you need.

Get moving, have fun and make friends but without the commitment of a gym membership.
Very low impact with a variety of activities such as resistance training, aerobics and meditation. Helps improve mobility, balance, strength and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and sociable environment. Tea and coffee is also provided after each session.
Monday 11.30am - 12.30pm
$8.70 per session - paid as term fee depending on number of weeks in the term (pro-rata option available pending class availability)
