PERSONAL TRAINING

If you need some extra motivation, attention or accountability, our experienced Personal Trainers are here to educate, inspire and support you every step of the way. Our specialties include: fat loss, functional training, injury rehabilitation, running/triathlon coaching & boxing.

Flexibility to choose between 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions and we offer 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 if you prefer to train alongside a partner. We can also provide basic nutritional support and mindset training.

  • 30-minute - $55
  • 45-minute - $65
  • 60-minute - $75
  • 60-minute (2-on-1) - $120

Discounted multi-visit passes are also available

 

GYM

We have cardio and weights areas, as well as our ACTIVE ZONE functional training space! 

Active, Off Peak and Youth members get unlimited access but if you're just visitng and want to use the gym, we also have casual visits available.

Casual Gym Session (16+ years) - $24.00

Teen Gym Sessions (12-15yrs) - $11.50*

*Compusory fitness consultation required for Teen Gym and restricted access Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30pm
