Thursday 6th February - 8.30am Tai Chi with instructor Elle
Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise that uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of body and mind. Suitable for all ages.
Members can bring a 'friend for free' to these 2 sessions.
Guests and Visit Pass holders can also bring a 'bring a friend for free' with one attendee paying for the session.
No bookings required. Simply turn up on the day prior to class commencing.
